Integración en el mercado laboral colombiano : 1945-1998

Abstract

Expone algunas consideraciones teóricas sobre los conceptos de integración y convergencia aplicados al análisis de los mercados laborales. Describe el comportamiento histórico del mercado laboral colombiano, haciendo el análisis estadístico de los salarios rurales y urbanos durante el período 1945-1998. Presenta los resultados de las pruebas de cointegración y convergencia durante estos mismos años.
