Abstract

Die Akademie der Bildenden Künste will Gender-Budgeting als Instrument zur Sicherung der Geschlechtergerechtigkeit in das Personal- und Studienmanagementsystem integrieren. Die vorliegende Studie zeigt, wie ein solches System konzipiert werden könnte. Gemäß der Analyse der Personalstruktur erhöhte die bisherige Frauenförderung die Gender-Gerechtigkeit, reichte aber nicht aus, um sie im Kunst- und Forschungsdesign sowie in der Lehre zu verankern.
