Abstract

Die deutsche Konjunktur ist weiter aufwärts gerichtet. Treibende Kraft bleibt die Inlandsnachfrage. Vom Außenbeitrag gingen hingegen im ersten Quartal erneut dämpfende Wirkungen aus. Im Prognosezeitraum dürfte es zu einer leichten Verschiebung der den Aufschwung treibenden Kräfte kommen. Beim privaten Konsum laufen die stimulierenden Wirkungen des Ölpreisrückgangs wohl aus. Bei den Ausfuhren dürften sich hingegen die Abwertung des Euro und die sich belebende Konjunktur im Euro-Raum allmählich positiv auswirken. Einer kräftigeren Zunahme des Exports steht allerdings die nach wie vor schleppende Konjunktur in wichtigen Schwellenländern entgegen. Alles in allem dürfte das BIP in diesem Jahr um 1,8% zunehmen wird. Für das kommende Jahr prognostizieren wir eine Zunahme des BIP um 1,9%. Dabei dürften die Zuwächse im Verlauf des Jahres geringer werden. Mit Auslaufen der dämpfende Effekt des Ölpreisrückgangs dürfte die Teuerung anziehen. Wir erwarten eine Inflationsrate von 0,5% in diesem und 1,7% im kommenden Jahr. Insbesondere aufgrund der günstigen Einnahmesituation dürfte der Staat trotz leicht expansiv ausgerichteter Finanzpolitik sowohl 2015 als auch 2016 einen Budgetüberschuss von jeweils rund 20 Mrd. € erzielen.
