Transferforschung - ein methodisches Konzept für die Analyse der Industriellen Beziehungen

Abstract

Im Umgang mit den Herausforderungen der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen - insbesondere der Beherrschung von Komplexität und der Handhabung von Unwägbarkeiten - wird das Erfahrungswissen der Beschäftigten als sehr bedeutsame immaterielle Ressource angesehen. Gleichzeitig gelingt es oft nicht, Ergebnisse arbeitsorientierter Forschungsprojekte erfolgversprechend in die betriebliche Praxis zu überführen, da die Forschungsprozesse häufig von der sozialen Praxis der betrieblichen Akteur*innen entkoppelt sind. Diese Problemstellung wird durch das Konzept der Transferforschung adressiert, welches zentrale Kriterien transdisziplinärer Forschung aufgreift und um die Frage erweitert, wie Wissenstransfer als konstitutiver Bestandteil in den Forschungsprozess integriert werden kann. Es werden Gemeinsamkeiten mit wie auch Unterschiede zu bestehenden Konzepten in der Arbeits- und Mitbestimmungsforschung aufgezeigt. Anhand dreier im Zeichen der Transferforschung durchgeführter Forschungsprojekte werden potenzielle Hemmnisse für die erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung veranschaulicht und schließlich mögliche Lösungsansätze vorgestellt.
