Arbeitsmarktprobleme im Beherbergungs- und Gaststättenwesen

Abstract

Für das Beherbergungs- und Gaststättenwesen ist das gleichzeitige Auftreten von relativ hoher Arbeitslosigkeit und der Schwierigkeit, offene Stellen zu besetzen, ein zentrales Problem. Hohe saisonbedingte Nachfrageschwankungen sowie strukturelle Ungleichgewichte zwischen Arbeitskräfteangebot und Arbeitskräftenachfrage sind hier wichtige Erklärungsgründe.
