Strategic approach for Polish organizations to implement intraorganizational mobility of employees

Abstract

The importance of intraorganizational mobility of employees (IME) is one of the challenges currently faced by modern organizations, especially in the face of a changing and unpredictable environment. This situation requires organizations to re-code and re-focus on building an employee-friendly environment. One element of this environment may be IME, which, if included in the organization's strategy, gives it an opportunity to use and enhance the potential of its employees.
