О Выборе Направлений Модернизации Предприятий На Основе Информационно-Энтропийной Модели Хозяйственного Риска

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема формирования портфеля мероприятий, направленных на модернизацию предприятия с целью минимизации хозяйственных рисков. Показано, как, используя энтропийный подход, извлечь достаточный объем полезной информации из протоколов риска, генерируемых в различных подразделениях предприятия. Приведена экономико-математическая модель выбора проектов модернизации в виде задачи целочисленного программирования "рюкзачного" типа.
