Les difficultés à nommer le nouveau régime de croissance

Abstract

La majorité des auteurs régulationnistes s’accordent sur l’idée que la finance est l’élément structurant les recompositions du Capitalisme contemporain. Toutefois, bien qu’en présence de nouvelles cohérences, la situation actuelle est marquée par l’instabilité financière. Dans ces conditions, il parait difficile d’envisager la présence d’un nouveau régime d’accumulation. En effet, l’identification d’un régime d’accumulation suppose la présence de cohérences institutionnelles et d’une stabilité globale. Si on peut identifier la présence de cohérences nouvelles portées par de nouveaux acteurs, la stabilité, elle ne caractérise guère la situation récente. Ainsi, sans être dans une situation d’incohérence complète, on ne peut clairement affirmer l’existence d’un régime d’accumulation. C’est cet entre-deux qui explique la difficulté à nommer le nouveau régime et que l’on va tenter de préciser dans le papier.
