Abstract

[fre] économique du IXe Plan, nécessite un effort soutenu d'investissement pour retrouver un potentiel de croissance élevé compatible avec l'équilibre extérieur ;. ― la fixation des revenus directs d'activité. Une évolution modérée mais progressivement croissante est nécessaire pour maîtriser l'inflation et redresser la situation financière des entreprises ;. ― l'accroissement de l'épargne nationale et son orientation vers le financement de la modernisation des activités productives, indispensable pour financer la modernisation sans alourdir l'endettement extérieur ;. ― l'aménagement du temps de travail (réduction de la durée du travail, travail à temps partiel), indispensable pour lutter contre le chômage dans un contexte où la croissance ne pourra s'accélérer que progressivement et où les gains de productivité resteront rapides.
