Abstract

[fre] Le présent article traite de questions ayant trait aux pays en développement et à la gouvernance financière internationale. Ce dernier point doit être compris dans son sens large, comme l'identification claire des objectifs de la gouvernance financière internationale concernant les pays en développement, leur participation aux Institutions financières internationales (IFI), les projets financiers régionaux, le rôle des politiques économiques domestiques vis-à-vis de l'imperfection des accords financiers et la relation existant entre la conditionnalité et la « responsabilité » des politiques économiques. . Classification JEL : E44, F33, 019 [eng] Developing countries and global financial governance . This paper deals with the issues related to developing countries and global financial governance. The latter issue is understood in a broad sense, to include the clear identification of the objectives of global financial governance vis-à-vis developing countries, the participation of these countries in international financial institutions (IFIs), regional financial schemes, the role of domestic policies in incomplete financial arrangements and the relation between conditionality and policy « ownership ». .
