Vállalkozói siker és a társadalmi tőke

Abstract

A magyar lakosság egyre nagyobb hányada hátrányos helyzetű családokban, lakóközösségek-ben, lepusztuló térségekben, depressziós- és stresszövezetekben él. Ezen területek kialakulásá-nak egyik oka Magyarországon a szocialista nagyipar leépülését követően elmaradt revitalizáció. Ma Magyarországon, a barnamezős területeken nem létezik olyan új pályára állító komplex stratégia, amely a környezeti rekultivációt összekapcsolja a társadalmi szempontokkal is. Ebben az írásban a borsodi és azon belül a miskolci nehézipari területén kialakult elszlömösödö barnamező helyzetével foglalkozom, bemutatom az elmaradt revitalizáció munkaerőpiaci hatását. Az elmúlt két évben vezetésemmel végzett kutatásaink eredményeit foglalom össze, mely egyrészt különböző külföldi jó és rossz példák tanulmányozását, másrészt primer felméréseket jelentett. Az utóbbi keretében önkormányzati dolgozókkal vettünk fel interjúkat, és kérdőíves lakossági megkérdezést végeztünk ahhoz, hogy még jobban megismerjük a területet, és megoldási javaslatokat dolgozzunk ki.
