A magyar agrárkereskedelem az Európai Unióval a társulási szerződés után
[Hungarian agricultural trading with the European Union since the association agreement]

Abstract

A tanulmányban megvizsgáljuk, hogy miként alakult a magyar agrárkereskedelem a társulási szerződés után. A részleges kereskedelemliberalizálás néhány, az előzetes várakozásoktól eltérő következménnyel járt. Egyrészt, az Európai Unió aránya a teljes agrárkereskedelmünkben inkább csökkenő és továbbra is alapvetően komplementer jellegű volt. Másrészt, meglepő módon, miközben a hazai mezőgazdaság belső és külső környezete alapvetően átalakult, az EU-val folytatott magyar agrárexportnak a termékszerkezete szinte semmit sem változott. Az export másik fontos tulajdonsága a nagyfokú koncentráltság mind termékcsoportonként, mind tagállamonként. A hazai agrárexport növekedésének fő forrása az EU agrárimportjának emelkedése volt, miközben az agrárexport részesedése csökkent az EU piacain. Az EU magyar mezőgazdasági termékek iránti kereslete árrugalmatlan az EU teljes importra költött kiadásaira. A magyar exportárak növekedése nem csökkentette az exportrészesedést. A magyar mezőgazdasági export volumennövekedése az exportrészesedés emelkedéséhez vezetett. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy a magyar exportrészesedés változását a negatív kiadási hatás magyarázhatja meg. A pozitív ár- és mennyiségi hatás viszont nem tudta ellensúlyozni a negatív kiadási hatást.
