A szakképzett pályakezdők munkaerő-piaci helyzete és elhelyezkedési esélyei
[The labour-market position of qualified starters and their chances of finding a job]

Abstract

A tanulmány központi kérdése, hogy mely tényezők hatnak a szakképzésből frissen kikerülők elhelyezkedési és továbbtanulási esélyeire, valamint szakmájuk felhasználására munkájuk vagy továbbtanulásuk során. Egy több mint tízezer fős, 2009-2012 közötti adatfelvételek összevont adatbázisán alapuló keresztmetszeti elemzés azt mutatja, hogy a magas iskolai végzettségű szülők gyermekei jobb esélyekkel indulnak a munkaerőpiacon, a munkanélküli apák gyermekei pedig nagyobb eséllyel válnak munkanélkülivé. Az elhelyezkedés, illetve a szakma hasznosításának esélyét növeli az érdeklődési körnek megfelelő szakmaválasztás, a vállalatnál elvégzett gyakorlati képzés, a jó tanulmányi eredmény, a nyelvtudás és az érettségi. A továbbtanulás rövid távon magasabb jövedelemben ölt testet, hosszabb távon pedig az új ismeretek megszerzésének képessége által stabilabbá váló munkaerő-piaci helyzetben. Látható, hogy az általános műveltség és a tanulási készségek elsajátítása nagyon fontos a szakképzettek számára: a folyamatosan megújuló munkaerő-piaci követelmények és a gyakori szakmaváltás mind szükségessé teszik az élethosszig tartó tanulást, így a rugalmasság és a tudásmegújítási képesség fejlesztése a szakképzési rendszer fontos feladata lett.
