Abstract

Covid-19 pandemisi, 2020’den itibaren dunyayi etkilemis, ekonomik ve toplumsal sorunlari derinlestirmistir. Dunya genelinde yeni yatirimlar askiya alinmis, kisitlamalar artirilmis ve is imkânlari azalmistir. Bu durum istihdam oranlarina olumsuz yansimistir. Ekonomik ve toplumsal cokus yasanmamasi icin sinirli ve kontrollu bir sekilde uretim ve dagitim surecleri devam ettirilse de issizlik oranlarindaki artis egilimi devam etmistir. Artan issizlik, isgucune yeni katilacak universite ogrencilerinin mezun olduktan sonra is bulma kaygilarini artirmistir. Bu arastirmada, Covid-19 pandemisinin genclerin isgucune katilabilme kaygilari uzerindeki etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaclanmaktadir. Arastirma, Canakkale Onsekiz Mart Universitesi’nde egitim goren Biga Iktisadi ve Idari Bilimler Fakultesi son sinif ogrencilerini kapsamaktadir. Veriler yari yapilandirilmis gorusme formlari ve metafor yontemi ile toplanip, nitel arastirma kapsaminda icerik analizi ile cozumlenmistir. Toplamda 112 ogrenciden elde edilen cevaplar Microsoft Office Word programina aktarilarak belgeler olusturulmustur. Verilerin analizi MAXQDA Analytics Pro 20 Programi’nin deneme surumu kullanilarak yapilmistir. Sonuc olarak, Covid-19 pandemisinin ogrencilerin is bulamama kaygilarini arttirdigi ve issizlik kavraminin katilimcilarin zihninde olumsuz dusuncelere yol actigi gorulmustur. Sosyal bilimler alanindan mezun olacak katilimcilar, pandemi oncesinde is bulma konusunda kaygilari oldugunu ve bu surecte isgucune katilmanin daha zorlastigini ifade etmislerdir.
