Abstract

"Seit dem Jahr 2006 zeigt sich in Deutschland eine Trendumkehr bei Arbeitslosigkeit und Beschäftigung. Die Hartz-Reformen haben zu dieser Verbesserung am Arbeitsmarkt beigetragen - ein Effekt, der von struktureller und dauerhafter Natur ist. Die gute Konjunktur und moderate Lohnabschlüsse haben die Reformwirkung unterstützt. Die Arbeitsmarktreformen führten allerdings auch den Trend wachsender Lohnungleichheit und atypischer Beschäftigung fort." (Textauszug, IAB-Doku)
