Abstract

Вступивший в силу закон о цифровом рубле по сути означает появление в России новой формы денег. Речь идет о цифровом рубле Центрального банка, предназначенном для массового использования населением и бизнесом. В этой связи важно оценить особенности, преимущества и одновременно ограничения использования цифрового рубля, как и его последствия для банковской сферы.
