La psicologia critica come strumento per la ricerca sul sindacato e per l?azione sindacale: una proposta

Abstract

La necessit? urgente di dare nuovo impulso alle organizzazioni sindacali pu? ricevere impulso e nuovo orientamento dai progressi della Scienza e appare chiaro che tra queste la psicologia potrebbe essere di grande utilit?, in quanto orientata ad analizzare le esperienze e i comportamenti dei soggetti. Se da un lato, tuttavia, ? vero che attraverso la psicologia tradizionale e i metodi quantitativi pi? noti si ottengono di fatto informazioni limitate, dall?altro per? questo articolo mira a rendere conto delle metodologie della Psicologia Critica (Kritische Psychologie) come un?alternativa utile e per esplorare le ragioni per cui i lavoratori e le lavoratrici tendono oggi a (non) organizzarsi e a (non) impegnarsi nel sindacato. Per evidenziare la particolarit? di una ricerca critico-psicologica in ambito sindacale, essa viene confrontata con la ricerca puramente quantitativa-psicologica e sociologica tradizionale nello stesso ambito. In questo scenario, il presente articolo presenta alcuni concetti centrali, implicazioni metodologiche e alcuni studi tematicamente rilevanti nel campo della Psicologia Critica. Il tentativo ? quello di mostrare che questo nuovo approccio pu? essere adatto alle aspirazioni delle organizzazioni sindacali di contribuire all?emancipazione sociale delle classi lavoratrici.
