Abstract

The new development policy, in Algeria, turns to the creation and support of SMEs as this sector has been significantly marginalized throughout the centralized management period. But with globalization and the current economic situation of the country, Algerian companies, especially SMEs / SMIs in the wilaya of Bejaia, are forced to innovate in order to exist and play their role in national economic growth as any business, whatever its field, its business, its size even strategic directions constantly seeks profitability that guarantees his reliability
