Conocimiento del estudiante universitario emprendedor sobre la franquicia: el caso de una institución de educación superior en Colombia

Abstract

El presente estudio buscó identificar el conocimiento del estudiante frente a la franquicia, a partir de la aplicación de una encuesta en una muestra compuesta de estudiantes de toda Colombia, pertenecientes a la Corporación Unificada Nacional de Educación Superior (CUN), por lo que involucró un caso de estudio. La metodología de la investigación comprendió un enfoque cuantitativo y de diseno exploratorio. Se halló como resultados, que el estudiante tiene un conocimiento bajo sobre el modelo de la franquicia para emprender, además, los participantes tienen una predilección por conocer a la franquicia desde la institución de educación superior, y de igual forma, si decidieran invertir en el modelo de franquicia, los sectores preferidos serían el sector tecnológico y el gastronómico. Finalmente, la universidad al ser un espacio que fomenta el análisis y el estudio desde la transversalidad debe ofrecer opciones sobre las diferentes formas de emprender, que potencialice al estudiante y de diversidad al discurso del emprendedor. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* This study is focused on to identify the student's knowledge about franchise, applying a survey in a sample composed of students from all over Colombia, belonging to the National Unified Corporation of Higher Education (CUN), involving a study case. The research methodology comprehends a quantitative and exploratory design approach. Finding as a result that the students has a low knowledge about franchise model as an entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the participants have a predilection for learning about franchises from higher education institution, and, if they decided to invest in the franchise entrepreneurship, the selected sectors would be the technology and gastronomy. Finally, since the university is a space that encourages analysis and study from a cross-sectional perspective, it must offer options on the different forms of entrepreneurship, empowering the students to know the diversity to the entrepreneur's discourse. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* O presente estudo buscou identificar o conhecimento do aluno sobre a franquia, a partir da coleta de informacoes do tipo censitário, por meio de uma pesquisa aplicada a alunos de toda a Colombia pertencentes a Corporacao Nacional Unificada de Educacao Superior (CUN), portanto, que envolveu um caso estudar. A metodologia da pesquisa incluiu uma abordagem quantitativa e um desenho exploratório. Os resultados encontrados foram que o aluno tem uma predilecao por conhecer a franquia desde a instituicao de ensino superior, e da mesma forma, se decidiu investir no modelo de franquia, o preferido setores seriam os setores de tecnologia e gastronomia. Por fim, por ser a universidade um espaco que incentiva a análise e o estudo do mainstream, ela deve oferecer opcoes sobre as diferentes formas de fazer, que potencializem o aluno e a diversidade no discurso do empreendedor.
