Estrategias de vinculación de los grupos de investigación con el sector productivo en el caso de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar estrategias utilizadas por algunos grupos de investigación de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia (UN), para generar procesos de vinculación con el entorno y algunos aspectos internos y externos a los grupos que afectan dichos procesos. Para esto se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a directores de grupos de investigación y directores de unidades de apoyo de cuatro facultades de la UN. Se encontró que la mayoría de vínculos entre universidad y entorno nacen como consecuencia de las relaciones interpersonales de los líderes o los miembros de los grupos, las cuales sirven posteriormente para formalizar la vinculación mediante convenios o contratos. Asimismo, se hace evidente que las capacidades desarrolladas por la universidad son un factor clave a la hora de interactuar y enfrentar las condiciones del entorno.
