Efectos del conflicto trabajo-ocio: un análisis multigrupo entre centennials y millennials

Abstract

El trabajo y el ocio son actividades distintas, pero ambas importantes para la vida. Esta investigación analizó el efecto del conflicto trabajo-ocio en el desempeno, mediado por estrés percibido y satisfacción laboral. Se indagó en las diferencias entre millennials y centennials y se utilizó un diseno cuantitativo, no probabilístico y transversal en profesionales de la industria maquiladora mexicana. Se encontró que el conflicto trabajo-ocio basado en el tiempo incide en el basado en la tensión; ambos afectan el estrés percibido. Este último disminuye la satisfacción laboral, que a su vez favorece el desempeno en las tareas en la mediación del desempeno contextual. Se identificaron diferencias entre millennials y centennials en la relación entre los tipos de conflicto trabajo-ocio.
