Arbeitsmarktchancen von Flüchtlingen in Deutschland: Ergebnisse einer Unternehmensbefragung

Abstract

Die Integration ausländischer Zuwanderer geschieht über den Arbeitsmarkt. Dar­in sind sich die meisten Beobachter der gegenwärtigen Flüchtlingskrise einig. Doch welche Möglichkeiten sehen die Unternehmen? In welchen Berufsfeldern gibt es konkrete Chancen? Welche Hindernisse stehen einer Beschäftigung von Asylbewerbern im Wege? Nach den Ergebnissen einer Befragung von ca. 3 000 Unternehmen, die das ifo Institut im Oktober 2015 durchgeführt hat, sehen 59% der Firmen große Chancen für eine Beschäftigung von Asylbewerbern, typischerweise als Hilfsarbeiter oder Auszubildende. Nur 22% der Unternehmen schätzen das Potenzial, Facharbeiter unter den Flüchtlingen zu finden, als hoch ein. Gesetzliche Hürden wie der Mindestlohn oder bürokratische Barrieren sind ebenso wichtige Einstellungshindernisse wie fehlende Sprachkenntnisse oder Fachausbildung.
