Examining the Moderating Effect of Knowledge Sharing in the Relationship between Innovation Management Dimensions and Organizational Sustainability of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria

Abstract

The study examined how knowledge sharing moderated the relationship between innovation management dimensions and sustainability of deposits money banks in Nigera with particular emphasis to deposit money banks in Makurdi metropolis. The objectives were based on the effect of product, process, marketing and organizational innovation on sustainability, and the moderation of knowledge sharing between innovation management and sustainability. Quantitative research design was used. Cross-sectional survey was deployed and 5-point Likert standardized questionnaire utilized to collect quantitative data from 300 participants drawn from 934 staff across 12 deposit money banks. Multiple regression was done with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V23). Findings revaled that product (β=.071,p
