Przemiany i Zróżnicowanie Regionalne Struktury Obszarowej Gospodarstw Rolnych w Polsce

Abstract

Celem opracowania jest rozpoznanie i ocena przemian oraz przyczyn zróżnicowania regionalnego struktury obszarowej gospodarstw rolnych w Polsce. Podstawowym źródłem danych były informacje zgromadzone w GUS na podstawie wyników powszechnych spisów rolnych za lata 2002, 2010 i 2020 oraz w Banku Danych Lokalnych GUS. Badania przeprowadzono w układzie województw (NUTS 2). Zbudowano i poddano weryfikacji modele ekonometryczne, w których zmienną zależną była średnia powierzchnia użytków rolnych w gospodarstwie. Zmienną tą porównano z 16 zmiennymi niezależnymi, których dobór nastąpił ze względu na ich potencjał informacyjny oraz zdolność dyskryminacyjną. Do wyjaśnienia przyczyn tego zróżnicowania zdecydowano się zastosować model dla danych panelowych z efektami stałymi. Do ich weryfikacji zastosowano testy Lagrange’a oraz Hausmana. Z przeprowadzonych analiz wynika, że w badanym okresie najważniejszym czynnikiem niekorzystnie oddziałującym na poziom struktury obszarowej gospodarstw rolnych w Polsce, były zasoby pracy w rolnictwie. Do czynników, które przyśpieszały zmiany struktury obszarowej należały też tempo sukcesji oraz poziom wykształcenia osób kierujących gospodarstwami.
