Comparison of Effort Intensities Between Canyoning Guides and Assistant Guides

Abstract

This study analyzes the variation of internal and external intensities, well-being measures, and subjective perception of effort in 13 professional canyoning guides with guide and assistant guide roles (34.38 ± 7.27 years; 77.82 ± 10.31 kg; 24.35 ± 3.26 BMI) over 117 identical canyoning routes.
