Genderindex 2013. Arbeitsmarktlage und Lebenssituation von Frauen und Männern auf regionaler Ebene in Österreich

Abstract

Im Rahmen von Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Entwicklung des ländlichen Raumes, die von der EU unterstützt werden, sind die Mitgliedsländer angehalten, Ungleichheiten zu beseitigen und die Gleichstellung von Männern und Frauen sowie die Nichtdiskriminierung zu fördern. Die vorliegende Studie aktualisiert die Ergebnisse einer WIFO-Analyse der regionalen Arbeitsmarktlage und Lebenssituation von Frauen und Männern aus dem Jahr 2011, um Rückschlüsse auf die regionale Wirkung solcher Maßnahmen zu ermöglichen.
