Auswirkungen des Grenzgängerabkommens und des Praktikantenabkommens auf den burgenländischen Arbeitsmarkt. Kurzfassung

Abstract

Im Rahmen der detaillierten Analyse der Umsetzung des Grenzgängerabkommens sowie des Praktikantenabkommens in den letzten 10 Jahren wird die Entwicklung und Struktur der Grenzgänger und Grenzgängerinnen mit jener der einheimischen (burgenländischen), der sonstigen ausländischen und der in den angrenzenden ungarischen Regionen beschäftigten Arbeitskräfte verglichen. Überdies werden die Auswirkungen auf das Beschäftigungswachstum im Burgenland und auf das Stellenangebot beim AMS Burgenland untersucht. Dabei werden vor allem folgende Fragen diskutiert: • Wurden den burgenländischen Betrieben die dringend benötigten Facharbeitskräfte zur Verfügung gestellt? • Sind Auswirkungen der Abkommen auf Beschäftigung, Arbeitslosigkeit und das Angebot an offenen Stellen im Burgenland zu verzeichnen? • Sind Effekte auf die Wertschöpfung in betroffenen Branchen nachweisbar? Basierend auf dieser Analyse werden Szenarien für die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit in den nächsten Jahren abgeleitet.
