Aktive Beschäftigung in Oberösterreich

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie versucht, die Unschärfen der Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitslosigkeitsstatistik für das Bundesland Oberösterreich zu quantifizieren. Sie stützt sich dazu einerseits auf zusätzliche Daten aus der Sozialversicherung und vom AMS; zum anderen wurde eine Sonderauswertung des anonymisierten Individualdatenbestands des Hauptverbandes der österreichischen Sozialversicherungsträger (INDI-DV) sowie des Mikrozensus herangezogen. Demnach ging etwa ein Drittel des Beschäftigungszuwachses in den Jahren 2000 bis 2004 auf institutionelle Änderungen zurück. Zugleich stagnierte das Arbeitsvolumen in Oberösterreich annähernd. Im Jahr 2004 waren zudem etwa 12.700 Personen, die nicht von der Arbeitslosenstatistik erfasst wurden, auf öffentliche Unterstützung angewiesen.
