A csődtörvény tapasztalatai Magyarországon 1992-1993. Egy empirikus kutatás eredményei
[Structural changes in the Hungarian economy in the first phase of transition]

Abstract

A volt szocialista országok körében Magyarország csődintézménnyel kapcsolatos tapasztalatai egyedülállóak. Az új csődtörvény 1992-es hatályba lépése után az 1993- as módosítás időpontjáig több mint 22 ezer beadvány érkezett a bíróságokhoz. Ilyen tömegű csődeljárásra a térségben sehol másutt nem került sor. A csődintézmény működésével kapcsolatban sokféle, pozitív és negatív vélemény látott napvilágot. Azzal kapcsolatban azonban, hogy a csőd intézménye milyen hatást gyakorolt a vál- lalkozások reorganizációjára, illetve általában a gazdaság növekedésére, csak rend- kívül kevés rendszerezett adat és információ érhető el. Ennek a tanulmánynak az a célja, hogy kitöltsük ezt az információhiányt az 1992 1993-ban benyújtott kérelmek- ből kiválasztott rétegzett minta elemzésével.
