Vermittlungsgutscheine und Beauftragungen Dritter im Vergleich

Abstract

Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die relative Wirksamkeit von Vermittlungsgutscheinen und Beauftragungen Dritter mit der gesamten Vermittlung im direkten Vergleich. Die Untersuchung basiert auf den Prozessdaten der Bundesagentur für Arbeit und bezieht sich auf das Jahr 2004. Als Zielvariable wird der Anteil der Personen betrachtet, die bis zu sechs Monaten nach Inanspruchnahme der Instrumente in regulärer Beschäftigung sind. Die mikroökonometrischen Evaluationsergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass Vermittlungsgutscheine im Vergleich zu den Beauftragungen Dritter mit der gesamten Vermittlung mehr Arbeitslose, die rechtlich beide Instrumente nutzen können, in Beschäftigung gebracht haben.
