Wie lassen sich Gemeinwohl und Wettbewerb in der Krankenversicherung miteinander verbinden? Eine nationale und europaweite Herausforderung

Abstract

Entsprechend der Themenfrage wird zunächst untersucht, wie sich Gemeinwohl und Wettbewerb als Ziele in einer privaten und gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung operationalisieren lassen. Nach der Darstellung einer ordnungspolitischen Reform der nKrankenversorgung erfolgt eine Einbettung der Thematik in einen europäischen Ordnungsrahmen. Dabei wird die Dichotomie zwischen europäischen Wettbewerbsrecht und nationalen Sozialrecht deutlich.
