Handlungsempfehlungen zur Steuerung regionaler Ökosysteme der Kreislaufwirtschaft

Abstract

Dieser Forschungsbericht untersucht sechs regionale RRR-Ökosysteme (Re-use, Repair, Refurbishment) für Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte in Nordwesteuropa. Auf Basis von Praxiserfahrungen und Interviews im Rahmen des von der Europäischen Union geförderten Projekts E6 werden zentrale Schritte, Governance-Ansätze sowie typische Infrastrukturanforderungen und Finanzierungsfragen herausgearbeitet. Im Fokus stehen wiederkehrende Hindernisse sowie praxisorientierte Ansatzpunkte, wie neu entstehende und bereits etablierte Ökosysteme weiterentwickelt werden können. Handwerksbetriebe sind dabei ein zentraler Umsetzungspartner für den Übergang zu einer zirkulären Wirtschaftsweise. Sie fungieren als operative Schnittstelle zwischen Konsum, Produktion und Reparatur und sind damit entscheidend für die Skalierung von Reparatur-, Wiederverwendungs- und Aufbereitungsstrategien. Der Bericht arbeitet Leitlinien für die Umsetzung eigener Ökosysteme heraus und ergänzt den bestehenden Methodenleitfaden zum Aufbau regionaler Ökosysteme der Kreislaufwirtschaft (ifh Forschungsbericht Nr. 33).
