Methodenleitfaden zur Entwicklung regionaler Ökosysteme der Kreislaufwirtschaft

Abstract

Die Studie entwickelt eine Methodik für den Aufbau regionaler Ökosysteme der Kreislaufwirtschaft. Anhand von RRR-Ökosystemen (Re-use, Repair, Refurbishment) im Bereich der Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte wird ein Leitfaden konzipiert. Dieser führt die Akteure in vier aufeinander aufbauenden Phasen von der Analyse des regionalen Kontextes bis zur Skalierung erfolgreicher Lösungen. Regionen können ortsspezifische Strategien für Reparatur, Wiederverwendung und Aufarbeitung entwickeln und diese mit den europäischen Zielen einer zirkulären Wirtschaft verbinden. Dabei werden technische, sozioökonomische und institutionelle Einflussfaktoren systematisch miteinander verknüpft. Die regionale Ökosystemperspektive bezieht dabei das Handwerk als zentralen Akteur im Übergang zu einer zirkulären Wirtschaftsweise ein, da es Reparatur- und Aufbereitungsleistungen praktisch umsetzt. Die Studie stützt sich auf aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse sowie auf Interviews, die im Rahmen des von der Europäischen Union geförderten Projekts E6 durchgeführt wurden.
