Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie entsteht im Kontext des in Deutschland bestehenden Fachkräftemangels. Dieser bezieht sich vor allem auf ausgebildete Akademikerinnen und Akademiker in den für das deutsche Innovationssystem bedeutenden Kernbereichen Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften und Technik (MINT). Die vorrangig in diesem Bericht diskutierte Fragestellung ist, inwiefern die bisherige Umstellung der traditionellen Studiengänge im Rahmen des Bologna-Prozesses darauf schließen lässt, dass erklärte Ziele dieses Prozesses erreicht werden.
