El consumo familiar de servicios en España: factores explicativos de las decisiones de gasto

Abstract

El artículo estudia la demanda de servicios por parte de las economías domésticas. Tomando como referencia los postulados básicos de las teorías de la producción doméstica, se analizan los factores que mueven a las familias españolas a consumir servicios y cuales son algunas de las tendencias y factores explicativos más destacables. Entre estos últimos se presta especial atención al estatus laboral femenino, al capital humano de los hogares y a su ciclo vital.
