Abstract

L'article de William Perraudin et Thierry Pujol porte sur un sujet déjà traité dans cette revue : les conséquences pour l'économie française de l'harmonisation fiscale en Europe (Equipe CEPII-OFCE, 1990). Toutefois, il utilise une autre méthode : celle des modèles d'équilibre général, alors que les chiffrages publiés dans l'article précédent reposaient sur l'utilisation d'un modèle macroéconométrique. Cette méthode relativement récente, en plein développement outre-Atlantique, est ainsi appliquée pour la première fois en France pour traiter un problème macroéconomique. A priori, il est intéressant de confronter plusieurs approches ; cet article est donc le bienvenu. [Premier paragraphe]
