Abstract

The study reflects methodological approaches for the development of a set of measures aimed at improving monitoring and control over the enforcement of rights to intellectual property objects that have a high potential for industrial use. The work is based on the analysis of the national patent flow generated by the residents of the Russian Federation, according to the branches and categories of applicants for the period 1996-2016, which were submitted to foreign patent offices without specifying the Russian priority.
