Abstract

The success of sharia banks in the channelling of funds is very important from the quality of management and human resources of the bank in doing the work, financial condition and ability to pay from customers. This is done with the role of effective managers in managing banking projects. At Bank Danamon Syariah, a manager has done a good job but still has not achieved the profit still run by Bank Danamon Syariah. The problem to be studied is about how to star in Bank Danamon Syariah Branch Cirebon in managing Mudharaba, how to role and responsibility in managing Mudharaba financing in Bank Danamon Syariah Branch Cirebon, and is there any foundation made by Bank Danamon Syariah Branch Cirebon in managing Mudharaba and how to break it.
