Резюме: В научното изследване се представя историята на приемането на Европейското доброволно рамково междусекторно споразумение за работата от разстояние от 2002 г. Авторът анализира клаузите на това споразумение, възможностите за работа от разстояние, както и уредените гаранции за работниците и служителите и правата на работодателя.
