Abstract

Một vài ý kiến về tài trợ khoa học và các quỹ tài trợ khoa học tại Việt Nam sau khi Wellcome Trust và Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation cho thấy tầm ảnh hưởng lớn của mình với khoa học thế giới.
