Abstract

"Psychosocial work stress is a risk factor for health. As the working population in Germany grows older, new questions arise: To what extent are aging workers burdened by work demands and lack of recognition? How are psychosocial demands of work associated with mental and physical health? These relationships are examined here using a recent survey of older workers." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
