Abstract

Modern society responds to three logics, the globalization of the economy, the questioning of the welfare state and the erosion of cultures and environmental qualities. The economic development of the countries of the South is not a priority, financial globalisation favours economic and social crises, States no longer have the legitimacy to intervene in the economic order, the eradication of poverty is not on any agenda, inequalities are growing, growth is not particularly employment-generating and the decline of political, social and cultural objectives is announced. The economic crisis is still latent and it is not technocratic power that will make it possible to find solutions to a global crisis of society and humanity, without respect for ethical values that are in strong collective depreciation.
