Abstract

Les économistes analysent toujours les potentiels les variables économiques dans leur évolution et leur potentiel sans suffisamment prendre en compte les facteurs politiques. Il en résulte des décalages importants entre leurs estimations et les comportements réels des gouvernants, chefs d'entreprise, banquiers ou salariés modifient profondément l'opportunité des décisions économiques et les prospectives. Les conflits économiques entre les Etats sont fréquents, nombreux, parfois inattendus, les renversements d'alliance existent. Certaines actions témoignent plutôt de différends provoqués par des conceptions différentes, mais d'autres s'apparentent à une vraie guerre économique en vue de punir un adversaire ou un ennemi.
