Abstract

The selection of goods suppliers and logistics service providers (LSP) is a strategic decision that significantly impacts a company's overall performance. This process is inherently complex and involves multiple criteria, requiring the consideration of both quantitative and qualitative factors. This article explores the selection of goods suppliers in comparison to LSP, focusing on the criteria used and the decision support tools employed.
