Abstract

A partir d'une étude de cas réalisée dans un territoire rural et dans le cadre d'une approche néo institutionnaliste, nous montrons comment une stratégie de fabrique des tiers-lieux impulsée par le haut contribue à l'émergence d'innovations sociales par le bas, susceptibles d'infléchir la trajectoire de développement de ce territoire. Nous pointons le caractère central des usages des tiers-lieux et l'importance des médiations territorialisées qui en conditionnent leur appropriation. Nous montrons que les tiers-lieux sont des dispositifs caractérisés par leur hybridité et que leur plasticité conditionne leur capacité à infléchir le projet de territoire, plus que le développement de ce territoire.
