Créativité organisationnelle en faveur des salariés aidants : Quelle innovation sociale ?

Abstract

Dans les entreprises françaises, le nombre de salariés aidants ne cesse de croître. Méconnus, souvent discrets, les salariés aidants interpellent l'entreprise. Entre neutralité, légalisme, répression ou créativité, pour une gestion plus globale du problème, la démarche des entreprises diffère. La dernière option, la plus soutenable à long terme, est au coeur de ce travail. Plus précisément, c'est à la question de la co-construction de solutions en faveur des salariés aidants afin de construire une innovation sociale que ce travail de recherche entend apporter des éléments de réponse. La méthodologie repose sur une étude de cas unique et une étude documentaire. Deux principaux résultats sont mis en évidence. D'une part, la manière dont l'entreprise co-construit cette innovation sociale avec différents acteurs (sélection et structuration des idées individuelles et collectives) est repérée. D'autre part, une première représentation du processus d'innovation sociale d'un dispositif d'aide aux salariés aidants est proposée.
