Abstract

Cette communication se propose d'explorer les représentations diverses et ambivalentes dont font part des individus d'aujourd'hui de « l'humain augmenté » par la technologie de demain. Ces innovations autrefois futuristes sont aujourd'hui de plus en plus intégrées à notre quotidien, et les implantations de puces numériques et autres formes d'augmentations humaines fascinent autant qu'elles perturbent. Après être revenus sur les fondements théoriques des concepts d'humain augmenté et de transhumanisme, cet article présente une étude qualitative exploratoire basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs et fait ainsi ressortir des éléments de compréhension des représentations et attitudes envers la promesse et la proposition de valeur transhumaniste.
