Abstract

Le précédent numéro de la Revue Juridique Nîmoise nous a offert, sous la plume alerte de Vincent Perruchot-Triboulet, un rapport de synthèse d'un colloque tenu en mars 2008 en la Faculté de Droit d'Aix en Provence et portant sur « L'éthique et la déontologie dans le monde des affaires ». La lecture de cet article a suscité de notre part curiosité, étonnement tout autant qu'intérêt tant les postures juridiques et économiques se révèlent aussi proches sur certains points qu'éloignées sur d'autres. Expliciter le point de vue de l'économie (iste) dans cette affaire nous est alors apparu propre à entretenir le débat.
