Abstract

Anca Metiu, professeur à l'ESSEC est intervenue lors du séminaire AEGIS du 3 avril 2008. Elle exposera deux projets de recherche sur lesquels elle travaille puis tentera de prendre du recul sur ces deux projets. Elle a d'abord fait de l'ethnographie du face-à-face dans des équipes de développeurs situées aux USA et en Inde. Les e-mails représentaient une toute petite partie du matériau. Pour l'article écrit avec Bruce Kogut, il s'agissait d'entretiens, mais le fond du papier est théorique.
