Abstract

En este trabajo se expone precisamente cómo el sector está introduciendo cambios necesarios para ser más competitivo y sostenible en la era de la inteligencia artificial. Un proceso que transformará de forma radical los procesos empresariales y la interacción entre turistas y destinos.
